Carter is our Deacon, and is long term Virginia Beach resident. He is graduate of First Colonial High School, VPI and SU, now known as Virginia Tech, and holds a degree in Civil Engineering. He is a full time structural engineer at Sinclair Pratt Cameron. Married to Ellen Overman Sinclair, who is also a proud graduate of First Colonial High School. They 2 children, Cappy and Emily, and 3 grandchildren who call him Pop. He enjoys sailing, and time at the gym
